The short version: Brieflio is pre-launch. The only data we collect is the email address you give us when you join the waitlist. We use it to notify you once when early access opens — nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
Who we are
Brieflio ("we", "us", "our") is a pre-launch product. This policy explains what personal data we collect from visitors to our website and how we handle it. Questions? Email hello@brieflio.app.
What we collect
When you sign up for the waitlist we collect:
- Your email address, submitted voluntarily through the form on our homepage.
We do not currently use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
How we use your data
We use your email address to:
- Notify you when early access to Brieflio opens.
- Send occasional product updates related to the launch (no more than a few per quarter).
- Reply to you directly if you contact us.
We do not use your email for advertising, profiling, or anything beyond what's listed above.
Third parties we share data with
Your email address is processed by:
- Formspree — our form submission provider. They receive and store your submission so we can be notified. See Formspree's privacy policy.
We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.
How long we keep your data
We keep your email until Brieflio launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we'll remove you from active mailing lists promptly.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Ask us what data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your data.
- Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@brieflio.app and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
Brieflio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we use reputable providers and limit access to authorised people only.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. For significant changes, we'll notify waitlist subscribers by email.
